We stride to complete the sale swiftly and easily for the home owner, while also assuring the final sales price is fair to both parties.

Rehab it.

Once the property is acquired, we modernize the home to meet today’s technical standards which could include HVAC and electrical updates. In addition to technical updates, we also look to improve room layouts to meet today’s modern family needs as well as to implement the latest home improvement designs. And while design is important, we strive to ensure the quality of work and materials used, result in quality finishes that withstand the test of time.

Manage it.

Based on the home and location, we will decide whether or not to sell the renovated property or hold it, as a rental for our long term investment portfolio.
